Restoration of Porsche 3.6 Turbo
The Porsche 964 3.6 Turbo is one of the most iconic modern classics and arguably as one of the best looking Porsche, along with its predecessor the 993 Turbo.
It was known by its nickname, The Widow Maker. It is also well known as the car that Will Smith drove in the movie Bad Boys with Martin Lawrence.
This particular car is owned by an overseas client, it was a car that he had always wanted as part of his collection.
Although the vehicle was in reasonable condition, he wanted to give it a full overhaul from engine through to suspension and brakes as well as cosmetics and a full re-trim of the leather interior and carpets.
Vehicle Overview
Full mechanical overhaul of the engine, steering, suspension and brake system. Replacing any worn or perished parts - All carried out by an official Porsche Classic Centre.
Replacement of rear light and all indicator units
Replacement of all door and sunroof seals
Recondition of the original BBS Speedline split rim wheels to factory finish
Fitment of Porsche Classic DAB radio and uprated speaker system including digital amplifier
Carry out full interior re-trim, in original Porsche Grey leather with matching carpets
Recondition of all interior wood veneerer to factory finish
Carry out full Stage 1 paintwork detail and ceramic protective coating to both paintwork and interior
Fit top of the range tracker system - required for insurance purposes
